2nd Hand Brooms: a shop in Diagon Alley where used broomsticks are sold. Because they are second-hand, they are probably cheaper, but may be a little run-down, and possibly less than completely reliable in their function.
Amanuensis Quills: a small stationary shop located in Diagon Alley. It is a store that sells different types of quills and inks.
Beard Trimming: a barbershop.

Flourish and Blotts Bookseller: is a bookshop where most Hogwarts students purchase their schoolbooks. Flourish and Blotts runs a service, which enables purchasers to buy books via owl delivery. They also take advance orders for book that are in high demand, such as The Life and Lies of Albus Dumbledore.
Gambol and Japes Wizarding Joke Shop: is a shop that sells a wide range of joke items and other stuff serving mainly as an entertainment.
J. Pippin's Potions: is a chain of apothecaries established in 1753. J. Pippin's sells "potions for all ailments".
Jimmy Kiddell's Wonderful Wands: a wand shop, not as popular as its competitor, Ollivanders.
The Junk Shop: a junk shop that sells secondhand items such as broken wands, lopsided scales, etc.

Mr. Mulpepper's Apothecary: a shop which sells potion ingredients and is located directly next door to its competitor Slug & Jiggers Apothecary. One could buy a Potion Kit Bag here for a charge of 10 sickles and Cleaning Solutions & Restorative Draughts could also be purchased here.

There is also a section of Muggle Magic Tricks "for freaks like Dad", which are said to do steady business, despite not being big sellers. The shop also sells a number of defensive magical objects.

In addition to storing money and valuables for wizards and witches, one can go there to exchange Muggle money for wizarding money. The currency exchanged is later returned to circulation in the Muggle world by goblins.
The Ministry Press: a publishing house affiliated with the Ministry of Magic. "Wanted" posters and presumably other pamphlets issued by the Ministry are printed here.
Peter Boat: a wizarding company that makes twine and rope.
TerrorTours: a wizarding travel agency specialising in adventure tourism, offering such thrilling getaways as vampire-owned castles for rent in Transylvania, trips along the Zombie Trail, and cruises in the Bermuda Triangle. The company waives any responsibility for injuries or deaths resulting from these vacations.
Various stalls and peddlers: There are a variety of street peddlers who take up space in between shops out on the main thoroughfare of Diagon Alley. Included are: a flower vendor, a vendor who is selling roasted chestnuts, a jewellery vendor, and a surgical and dental operator.
