She smirked a little, quirking an eyebrow at him as she pondered this new piece to add to her growing puzzle that was his image in her mind.
"I'll remember that." she replied, smirking a little - whether it was friendly or a playful threat was unclear, it could have just as easily been both. "I feel like it's unhealthy for a high-ranking Ministry worker to succumb to alcohol so easily. Someone could pry you for secrets." she smirked. |

She immediately tensed, nervous & edgy, before realizing he was just.. prodding at her. Flirting, even. Not reaching over to grab her to push her into the nearest breakable piece of furniture. She blushed at her own stupidity, feeling like some weak, scared little animal that winced away from it's abusive owner out of reflex. |

"I'm not keeping you from anything important, am I?" she asked innocently, wondering exactly how hectic things in the ministry really were, lately. She wished she could see for herself - she'd have to ask someone closer. |

"no I was actually off for the day before your interview but took it as a favor" Broderick shrugged then grinned charmingly "it's not a problem, things have been pretty busy there as of late so I'm glad i got out of there I might have been roped into something else if I didn't " he grinned and shrugged taking a swig of his drink.

Soleus tended to approach his interviews a little less systematically than Tiffany. He left the lying to her, because his strength was really more getting frustrated at being out of bed at such an hour, & having to come down to the Ministry on his day off from his studies. Hardly any acting was even required. |
