"Sounds like a reasonable excuse." She shook her head, smiling before taking a small sip from her own drink once more. "Sounds like you're enjoying life at Hogwarts then" she teased as she tapped the side of her glass with her freshly painted scarlet nails. "Hm, yes. Have a good evening, I may even see you on Monday, I have some things to discuss with Dumbledore." It was true, the constant changes of DADA teachers did concern her department in the ministry, they were unsure that students were getting the full scale of teaching that was demanded of the school.
Positioning her body more towards Georgina again, Tallulah took her straw between her lips, taking another drink.

As soon as he was out of earshot, Georgina was gaping at the redhead.
"Hm, see you Monday!" she repeated in a high-pitched valley-girl tone, mocking her, but not unkindly. She gently shoved the other girl's shoulder, careful not to make her spill her fresh drink. "Get it, girl!"
ooc. this might be my new favourite character, omg.

Looking at her friend casually she laughed softly, her head shaking. "It's just work, Georgie." Nudging her back she sipped innocently on her drink again. "Besides! You were all fluttery lashes at him, maybe I should be taking you to work with me." She teased.
ooc. My god I know I love her already and their friendship is just gonna be the best thing ever man.

"Hm, yes please." she replied playfully, "The only thing better than a hot boyfriend is a hot sugar-daddy." she insisted, really only half-kidding. She ran her fingers through her hair again to relieve a little tangle, sipping on her fresh drink & pulling back in surprise. "The hell am I drinking?" she looked at the neon pink liquid that swirled around innocently in her glass, before taking another, much longer sip from the straw, as if drawn in like a moth to a flame.
ooc. sorry! au sterek fic was distracting me.

Laughing to a degree of excitement Tallulah just shook her head in a playful manner. "He's not that old. Though, his niece is a seventh year, I believe." Shrugging she hummed happily under her breath "It's love potion, takes the flavour of your fave two fruits and mixes them to taste." Flashing her a grin, the girl looked at her own drink. "And it's a great colour."
ooc. ahaha, it's okay! i was eating.

"Aaand now I'm addicted." [/b] she gestured for another, even though the one she was holding was still half-full, then took another sip, playing with the straw happily. It had put her in a great mood, clearly. Red Delicious apples & fresh mandarins. Pure heaven. "Why do you know so much about this guy? Seems a little more than professional courtesy." she pointed out playfully, though she was much more playful than suspicious.

"I only choose the best drinks." She grinned, shifting as a wizard that had been sat on a stool beside her moved. Perching against the stool she carefully adjusted her dress to keep her decency. "What does yours taste of?" She questioned finally.
"I used to work with him!" Tallulah defended herself in a playful manner. "You know, passing in the lunch hall, we spoke sometimes, besides, I had meeting with him in Hogwards when he first took the post and she was just leaving his classroom. It's all innocent."

"Apples." she said definitively. "Oranges.. I feel like something different, though. Christmas oranges, maybe." she paused, shrugged & took another drink, adding, "And vodka." she smirked widely, now, sticking her tongue out & snickering as she realized it was momentarily neon pink from the drink.
"Well, maybe you'll be just as friendly at your next meeting." she smirked, then tilted her head to the side playfully, "Wish I worked in some nice office with a bunch of 'friendly' men." she smirked even moreso.

"Sounds tasty. Mines watermelon, with a hint of strawberry." Drinking some more of the drink, she laughed into the glass for a moment before lifting her head again.
"What's that supposed to mean!" She questioned innocently, her eyes widening as she tilted her head to the side a little, mouth just slightly agape as she waiting on an answer. "Ah, but he's one a lacking breed in the office. On that note actually, you'll never guess who came in my office this morning all high and mighty-" rolling her eyes she shook her head.

The blonde's eyes flashed excitedly at the prospect of fresh gossip, "I'm listening. Impatiently." she adding, shifting excitedly from foot to foot like a child wanting to rush to open presents on Christmas morning. She chewed on her lip & tried to distract herself by taking a hurried, frantic little sip of her drink.

"Ah only the ministers puppet." She spoke, sounding almost annoyed. "My sisters ever annoying boyfriend. Honestly, he comes in the office asking questions about things that don't concern the minister, not whilst he has bigger issues anyway and-" she shook her head with a heavy breath. "He stands there telling me how to do my job when all he's useful for is pouring mugs of coffee and filing scrolls." Tallulah didn't have anything against the Weasley family, nothing at all, but Percy's attitude really managed to get on her nerves. "Anyway, Tofty - the bald guy I work with - totally gave him a telling off and he left with his tail between his legs."
ooc. sorry i disappeared, went to wash ma hair.

Georgina snorted & shook her head in disgust at the idea. "I don't envy you. You seem to have settled into a fairly alright gig, but the amount of bullshit bureaucracy in that building, I swear.." she sighed, shaking her head as she trailed off. "The worst I get is when some skeeze in the next cubicle over tries to forward me his upskirt photo of Celestina Warbeck & asks if I can get him an in with the Arts section." she smirked into her drink as she took another small sip from it.

Tallulah shrugged it off a little as she sipped at her drink innocently, as though musing over her thoughts for a moment. "Mm. yeah, it gets complicated sometimes but I think in our department we keep to ourselves unless needs be that we can't and we're generally fine, it's just snotty nosed youngsters coming and thinking they own the place because they work directly with the minister."
Laughing, Tallulah shook her head just slightly. "Ah, always out to see the famous fall, hm." She answered simply, her head shaking as she used her free hand to wipe the top of her straw, taking the excess lipstick off of the end.

"Let's be real, here, Scrimegeour is about to drop dead, anyway. What is he, like, 200?" she snorted, taking another sip of her drink. "Granted, he seems to be getting a bit more done. I don't know how proud I'd be to be his coffee-runner, though. Ugh, I hate teenagers." she said, just as a group of younger witches were passing them, all of them snapping their heads back to give her a withering glare, which she deflected with a mock-sweet smile & another sip of her drink.

"I think the term is 'ageing badly' because apparently he isn't actually that old. Although, I think I'd age badly if I was doing his job." Sighing heavily, the redhead ran her fingers through her hair. "Well you wouldn't be, for a boy who apparently has 'sense' he seems to think he's something. I think he thinks he's going to become the next minister or something." Rolling her eyes, Tallulah tapped at her glass again as she looked across the room, checking out a wizard entering the bar, no older than 25, suited, and with a good amount of stubble. "Mmm. good 8 at the door, plus points for dress sense."
